I've stayed at Villa Lupita and can recommend it. We were there with one couple and 2 adults. There are 2 bedrooms w/double beds dn full bath on lower level w/back door leading out to the pool and tables. Middle level entry has living/dining room and kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs is large master suite w/full bath and small terrace w/Jacuzzi. Oh, and bedrooms have a/c. What impressed me was the great use of space. With 3 levels, there is a sense of privacy even with a lot of people. Eduardo is a great host and will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Drawbacks are minor IMO. A short walk to Playa Madera, no view. There is some street noise since it is located on the curve just as you start climbing the hill to the Irma/La Ropa. Roosters in the morning, some barking dogs -- all part of staying in a real "neighborhood." All in all a great place for a family, especially with the pool.
