I saw where they blocked the view from El Mirador (Zihuatanejo's "lookout point"). Damned inconsiderate of them! I don't think I'll have anything positive to say about them until they remove about 2 floors.
And that's the problem when developers don't respect or take the time to get to know the locals and the way they see their community. It wasn't hard for anyone to see how precious the view was from El Mirador, and that it was not only a favorite spot for tourists to snap the best photos of the bay, but locals were proud of it. But the land was sold and the construction begun so fast they apparently overlooked that little detail.
Money may buy politicians and bureaucrats but never the respect of the people.
