I have been trying to do this for one of my friends in ZIH. After talking to my congressman, I have concluded that it is VERY difficult. 10,000 a day cross our borders illegally, but try to get one lousy visa for a friend to visit (who has no plans or desire to stay) and it's next to impossible. I don't get it!!
