We stayed there 3/31 thru 4/7.
The con: 15 minute stroll into town and you really need to take a taxi back. That's it.
Note: they were beginning constrution of 2 more suites on the roof (formally the restaraunt). May want to email Eduardo and ask if that is complete. Otherwise, could be noisy during the day hours.

The pros: Clean suites, magnificent view of the bay, very cool pool, gracious staff, quiet and laid back. Occasional iguana on the palapa.
